You can buy tickets at the Exhibition on the day or online before your visit.
- When can I use my ticket I bought online?
All online tickets are valid for one use only, on any day and time. (Subject
to opening hours)
- Will I need to queue if I buy an online ticket?
Yes you will still need to adhere to our flow system. The purchase of online tickets enables you to forgo buying tickets on the day and helps with our safety measures but you will still need to queue.
- There is no time slot to choose for my ticket, why?
You do NOT need a time slot. However if your time is tight, we suggest visiting just after we open or in the last hour of the day.
- Is there a limitation on numbers of visitors?
Yes, your safety is our number one concern and we have designed our flow system with this in mind. Two sets of guests (so two families or couples) are allowed into the exhibition every five minutes through our flow control and staff are on hand at all times to assist. You will go through the exhibition with only one other set of people.

- What are your current operating procedures due to COVID-19?
Both inside and outside the exhibition, we have spaces marked out for each visitor and at all times you will have a 2m distance. All staff are trained in current safety procedures and wear PPE. Our exhibition uses a specially designed flow system so that your space is always your space. Our Clean Team ensures constant cleaning and sanitising.The exhibition also underwent a professional fogging procedure before opening and this is done on a regular basis. We have hand sanitiser units in the grounds, car park, exhibition, shops and hotel. The exhibition exits into the shop so remember to wear your face covering (unless exempt)
Upon entry we will ask you to fill in a form with your contact details, to comply with the governments track and trace system.
- Do you have parking onsite?
Yes, we have an extensive car park to the front, side and to the rear of the exhibition and a small number of spaces for larger vehicles. A member of staff is in the car park at all times and is happy to assist.
- Can we pre-book a cruise on DeepScan?
Once we reopen Mid August 2021 cruises will recommence
